Q. What does a Volunteer do?
A. Volunteers simply report businesses suspected of not using the E-Verify program when they hire new workers.

Q. Does a Volunteer have to spend any money?
A. A little on postage stamps. While the postage burden to this website would be large, it would be a very small amount to individual volunteers. We ask only that you donate a postage stamp for Letters of Non-Compliance that we email to you which you then snail mail to the Law Breakers.

Q. How does a Volunteer identify businesses suspected of not using E-Verify when they hire new workers?
A. Just check to see if the business has the Participation Posters on display.

Q. Where do I find businesses suspected of breaking the law?
A. In your spare time, randomly find businesses not displaying Participation Posters. A good way to identify Law Breakers is to take note of any business you patronize. For example, restaurants in which you eat, your bank, your market, etc.

Q. How do I report a suspected violator?
A. Jot down the business information (see Report a Law Breaker). Later when you are at your computer, enter the information on the Report  Page. Then submit the information by clicking "Submit."

Q. What happens next.
A. After we receive the report page, we generate a letter (Sample PDF) which is downloaded as a PDF attachment to your email address. You then fold it, stamp it, and mail to the Law Breaker.
After receiving your information, you will be sent an acknowledgedment  by email.
